Frederic Siegel was a featured speaker at the Association of Divorce Financial Planners Conference in Rye Brook, New York, on September 21, 2012.
Attorney Siegel spoke about the role of the expert in a divorce case, talked about how an expert needs to prepare for a deposition (and what the deposition involves), how the witness needs to prepare for testifying at trial, how to maintain a proper file and other essential information about the expert. He also gave trial tips that will assist the expert witness with their testimony and elevate their role during the divorce proceeding.
